Pros

Princeton University offers a great opportunity for personal growth. There are many lectures and events to attend. They have a great benefits package as well.

Cons

The university is in a some what isolated area. There is not much to do outside of Princeton, and princeton, NJ itself is quite pricey.

Pros

Lots of funding, brilliant people, and consistently awesome interactions with others.

Cons

There tends to be a lot of pressure to perform. To be expected.

Pros

Big name on CV so good for future prospects. Does some good science. Beautiful campus. Cheap gym. Work with bright people.

Cons

Awful salaries, even by academic standards. Professors with unlimited power to intimidate their grad students/postdocs and no HR system in place to deal with such problems. Very few personal development opportunities.
