      Pros

      They offer hybrid work set-up and the pay is fair based on market conditions. Management is also fair.

      Cons

      Less engagement activities during my last year with them. Also during my last year, we were short on seating capacity as we were still required to go to the office 3x a week. I hope they expanded the seating capacity again.
