Very unfair

Pros

Good pay and decent bonuses, especially if you want overtime, you can work 12-15 hour days and still not get done

Cons

Unfair, rampant drug & alcohol abuse, prejudiced, no training, safety risks are prevalent, supervisor has favorites

We appreciate the feedback. We have invested significant resources in training over the last couple of years, but it has been difficult with the implementation of a new computer system. We have also adjusted our drug testing policies to reduce concerns and bad behaviors that may put anyone at risk. We will continue our focus on improvement and keeping everyone safe.

Pros

Show positive and friendly with people. My best ways are my hands and eyes.

Cons

Communication sometimes due of I am hearing impaired (can speak really well and wear my cochlear implant). Also attitude or discrimination.

Amazing Company

Pros

Super easy going company and leadership. Everyone is happy to come to work and the culture is like no other! You will not regret working here!

Cons

Some of my staff were off site which makes managing more difficult, but they too were amazing so it didn’t really impact us all that much.
