Pros

good pay low skill floor some of the co-workers are great

Cons

if you mess up they will hold it against you for a long time scheduling is pretty rigid, so if you need to do things then you usually need PTO

Family-owned company who cares about their employees, has a great culture, wants their employees to grow in their role and to move up the ladder, and provides competitive compensation.

Cons

The corporate office is located in a rural area (2-hours from Twin Cities)

Thanks for the positive feedback and taking the time to write a review. The cost of gas has been really tough so we have been helping this year with gas cards.
