Pros

The level of care about people is amazing. advancement is there if you prove to be an asset.

Cons

Hours can be long in this role if there is issues with the incoming resin supply that does not get caught on in the testing

Pros

Love that I live in town and that prinsco is about family!!

Cons

People never have enough people! Always short staffed! No one wants to work. First shift gets away with everything and have the most people.

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. Having adequate staffing continues to be an issue in Chatsworth. It is a balancing act to maintain enough staffing and address performance issues, but we will continue to work on consistency across shifts and addressing performance issues, giving team members a chance to improve.
