Since "hard work" is one of our core values, we would hope that all of our team members live that value, but we will keep working on it. We want to provide a fair and consistent work environment for everyone on the team.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We do understand and appreciate the frustrations of our employees. We are at a transitional phase with our leadership team, but we know we are heading in the right direction. We did have a record year last year which contributed to overtime and Saturdays at all of our locations. While many businesses suffered in the pandemic, our customer demand was at an all time high. Our employees have been bonused for 2020. In 2021 we transitioned to a higher base pay scale and eliminated bonus potential but the increases exceeded the bonus potential. This decision was made in support of our employees who prefer to earn more during the year instead of pay at risk in a bonus program. We will continue our focus on leadership, maintenance, and quality.
