Cons
Aside from being a horrible company overall. The only reason anyone would want to work here is if they want to gain their first experience in the industry. Otherwise, there are plenty of other companies that are way better than this one. The work culture here is unconducive to learning. There's no room for growth due to the unchallenging tasks, and advancement is almost impossible due to the current company structure.
I have not discovered any pros of working here. I would advise everyone to avoid working here for their own sake.
Cons
THE PAY WAAS TERRIBLE. The upper management had no idea to pay people what they deserved. Also, THE WORKLOAD WAS INSANE. It was ridiculous that I reached home exhausted every day and didn't even have the energy to make dinner. Another thing I strongly disliked was the LACK OF CUMMUNICATION FROM THE TOP MANAGEMENT. They seemed disconnected and never cared about what was going on in an employee's life. Sometimes, the simplest decisions took a lot of time. It was horrible when your job depended on those decisions. BEWARE OF THE CIRCUS!
