Waste of time.

Pros

I made a few friends and they do pay for your full ride at IEC (99% of the other companies don’t).

Cons

I’ve read other reviews saying they are cliquish and I 100% agree with that. They also hire a lot of Hispanics that don’t speak English well at all and put them in positions of power. I don’t speak Spanish so having to work under someone that barely speaks any English just makes the job harder. Not to mention as an apprentice I’m trying to learn, how can I learn from someone that doesn’t speak English. On top of that they kept giving me bs material handler jobs, what am I going to learn doing that? The company I work for now is way better, glad I didn’t decide to change careers after working for Prism.

Pros

I work with the most part of duties and responsibilities and lots of of races and religious people where everybody needs to be respected and treaty with dignity

Cons

Communicating with different kinds of languages is hard but you learn to get the job done

Pros

Great benefits but horrible culture

Cons

Company states that they do merit based raises and promotions. Upper management is toxic and racist does not take accountability and uses favoritism and nepotism for all means of promotions and advancement.
