The people are like a family.

Cons

You do have to make a commitment to school. They're investing in you. You'll have to be committed. Not so much as a con but if you aren't motivated, look somewhere else for a career.

Pros

You get to see a lot of different old and new electrical equipment. Can’t say the old gear is a pro.

Cons

Unlimited and never ending bureaucracy, unreasonable policy, nonexistent trust in employees. Really dumb people that dont know how to do their jobs effectively resulting in a very stressful, and disgusting experience all around.
