      Decent health care system that has sub lar compensation and benefits.

      Pros

      Really good managers, and a good work environment. I generally enjoy going to work most days. Good equipment and clinical standards.

      Cons

      Frequently are held over late. The pay is terrible in my position. Benefits are not very good and PTO just got cut. Feels like a money hungry corporation more than a health system.

      co-workers, hours, 45 min lunch

      Cons

      So much favoritism that people do as they please and put work off on others so they can goof off all day. And the employees of the hospital are the absolutely worst customers, so selfish, they talked to us like bottom of the barrel crap daily and management DID NOTHING to make our job better.
