Low pay rates. Stressful environment. Awful benefits package. No paid holidays.

Very hard to grow. They do not work with you if you’re in school even if it will be to their benefit. No compassion with family/self illness or loss, expensive insurance & benefits, higher paid staff feels that too below their pay grade for them to even consider helping with or even listening about to help improve the flow of the unit
