      Bedside nursing in the CVICU and ER are strong people with the environment and company in which they work

      Cons

      Moving managers to fill gaps in other departments with no experience in that department. Moving managers after complaints from one unit to be manager of another unit. Upper management needs an overhaul to bring in better vision of bedside nursing and our community
