      Pros

      Close to home. Most of my PTO is approved. Sometimes the bad people have a day off and it's nice to be there.

      Cons

      "Cost of living raise" was just pocket change. Why did you bother? The most ignorant, illiterate person was made a supervisor. He then got his friend hired as a supervisor and they harass everyone and lie. It's ok because as he likes to say.. "we ain't gonna let nobody fall."

      Great team work and manager.

      Cons

      No regard for volume of work, not enough staff. No matter how much work you do it’s not enough. Work life balance is not balanced. No incentives, no bonuses. Hardly motivating.
