      Pros

      The benefits are great compared to other local health systems.

      Cons

      Right now there are a lot of changes due to the merge with Palmetto Health and becoming Prisma Health Upstate so the Cons that I do have is with the changes and what is happening right now. These cons can change overtime as the health system just started the transformation. One con that I did have which may change, was the compensation. I feel the health system does not pay enough compared to other health systems in the surrounding area.

      Plenty of available jobs due to growth and high turnover

      Cons

      Too much management justifying their owns jobs and making more managers while cutting jobs of those actually doing the work

We have had great success with our "RN SWAT Team" recruiting and filling nurse positions and we are on track to be fully staffed by the end of the year.
