      Pros

      Good pay and even better benefits. It’s also one of the best hospitals in the area by far.

      Cons

      Scheduling can be aggravating. Sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with HR.

      Thank you for your review. You are accurate in your review, we are short staffed in some departments (sadly this is common in health care today). I promise we are aggressively working to fill all the positions across the organization. We hired thousands of employees last year and will continue to hire until we are staffed.       Pros

      Opportunity to work at many different sites with variety of acuity levels. Epic EMR. Opportunity to get involved with residency if desired

      Cons

      Comp is good for academics but would prefer more RVU incentive for largely community shop clinical workload. Many sites may not be a pro for everyone
