8yThank you for the review. We love to hear the staffs work well together. You are correct, a deficit can impact the patient ratio which is why my team is aggressively working to fill every possible position. We want every employee to have what they need to be successful, even if that is more staff.

8yThank you for your review. Please know we constantly review our pay scales to market and adjust when possible. As a not for profit, it can be more difficult to make these adjustments all at once. Therefore we work them as quickly as we can. We have made several adjustments in the last 6 months alone which was well received.
