Feedback is a gift. Everyone shares feedback and its received really well and actually helps people grow. This company truly cares about its people and wants to grow them. The culture and environment is great.

Cons

The health benefits could be better, particularly for those who do not live in a state or local to a privia provider so they have to opt for the PPO coverage. It is comparable to other benefit structures in different companies, but it would be great to see improved coverage.

Cons

The pay is low and the management has no idea how to do the job. They want to hold you accountable but don’t know how to do anything.

Pros

- Opportunities for upward mobility and to move across different departments - Great group of employees to work with, a true team culture and the chance to build connections if you are willing to - Mission driven company, truly people trying to better the patient/physician experience everyday

Cons

- Information is accessible but not pushed out always, have to be resourceful to find answers/information (difficult to navigate org structure can lead to lack of clarity on who does what) - Salary bands tend to be on the low end of industry averages, but overall compensation with bonuses, stock and other benefits create an appealing offering.
