Pros

A lot of work, but it is interesting. A large number of completed projects, own CMS. A lot of satisfied customers. The opportunity for programmers to work remotely from any city of Russia. The kind and gracious leadership of the company. Salary is paid always on time

Cons

Limited career growth. If you came for the position of programmer you will be working on the same position all the time. The introduction of new technologies in writing code and improvement this code - it will only be your own initiative. You will not develope your own programming skills, if you will not educate yourself.
