Interesting and varied work.

Pros

There is an interesting variety of work with different clients and different books of business. The staff are helpful and supportive too.

Cons

Most of the staff are in Gloucester, which was previously the head office, and is also seen as a low cost centre. There is a risk of work being transferred from London to the Gloucester office to save costs.

Pros

Pro is owned by that Tawa group. Tawa offer flexiblity to the working enviorment, they offer a reasonable benifits package

Cons

Salaries at pro are un competative, with no fairness around the bonus structure. they run an annual 'manpower' review which has in the last 7 years resulted in large volumes of redundancies.
