Good 401k and benefit program Treated Fairly is a joke. My wife was passed over so many times for less qualified younger employees in the click it's not even funny. She was told, "We decided to go in another direction"

It provided a paycheck but no job satisfaction.

Cons

Employee morale is terrible because management doesn’t treat their people with any respect. It’s an us versus them mentality. No one at the company seems to enjoy their job. The company is not diverse and being headquartered in Alabama wreaks of the ol’ boys club. There is no room for new and fresh ideas.

Cons

Horrid, horrid management decisions both from an operations standpoint and technical standpoint. The company is floundering because of the lack of competency in the Senior management team. The industry lead and primarily focused on technology has no CTO, and operates entirely off of nepotism and golf course dealings.
