Pros

Great coworkers. Retirement match. Acceptable benefits. Paid time off vacation and sick. Education reimbursement. If you’re in the right department feels like a family... good and bad.

Cons

Poor communication. Awful HR department- more concerned with maintaining the status quo than supporting their employees. Salaries are on the low end of average and benefits have only gotten worse each year. Deviating from “set” career paths is hard and the paths they create are almost non existent.

Leadership is really weak. They have created a culture of distrust, so it’s not a healthy work environment. The company has had so many departures that they don’t have enough people to do the work.
