Cons

Lack of Diversity in management. Massive layoffs. Very conservative, good ol’ boys club. Laid off all most minorities in management or minorities in management felt compelled to leave. Aims to please stockholders. No job security. Very low pay.

Full of politics, silos, and infighting. Management does not care about employees except as interchangeable pawns, strategy changes every day, and problems are not addressed.
