Pros

I've worked for the company for years, and have consistently enjoyed it. There is a wonderful culture of friendliness and fellowship here. We have lots of opportunities to have fun, and it is clearly important to management that the environment is enjoyable to work in. Further, it is nice to have all the tools needed to do the job, and we constantly get improvements to make it easier.

Cons

I really don't have anything that comes to mind as a con!

Easy job for the pay

- Vacation plus PTO - Great Health Benefits and 401k match - Chances for OT during HSN shows several times a yr - Fun and positive coworkers

Cons

- Sometimes you have to work weekends - Lots of changes which I like but I know for some people this is could be bad - Strict attendance policy
