Quantity over quality. Too much immature high school drama.

Good company with growing pains

Pros

Good Benefits: No cost healthcare for self, HSA, gym reimbursement, 401k with contribution, company holiday party, etc. Company is always growing.

Cons

Still a small company with lofty goals. Owner likes to always change things up with relatively short notice. Whatever he says essentially goes and the entire company has to run and make it work.
