I'm entering my 21st year with ProCaps Laboratories. I've transitioned to several different positions in this company over the years, and feel fortunate that I'm part of a team that values our customers, our employees, and actively listens to either in order to gain perspective with what's needed and valued. In the customer service industry, retention is difficult. Here, you will find many long term associates with years of service with ProCaps. This is virtually unheard of, and speaks to the environment, benefits, and skillsets cultivated and offered. There is a work hard, play hard mentality, and while aspects are fun and enjoyable, the focus on business needs is important. I've always felt respected and supported, and certainly value the opportunities my career at this company has created in my life. If you are interested in a positive environment, fun, friendly yet focused on the needs of our customers, and have a good work ethic, this company is for you.
