I enjoyed the team I was placed on but still not enough to keep you.

Cons

They play favorites a lot and it's all very juvenile drama non stop. Also the starting commission plan is a scam.

They feed you a lot.

Cons

contracts and job orders are passed along to friends while they gaslight you and make you feel that the top earners earned their wages by strictly hard work and persistence. If you don't fit in you won't be there for long. The youngest managers I've ever met in my life. They can't know much about life to be able to understand real life issues that people deal with.
