Pros

None, unless you count learning what not to do and how not to treat people.

Cons

There is so much to mention, but it's not worth wasting my time. I only am writing this review to help spare others from making the same mistake. Here are a few things to consider: - Micromanagement is toxic - Leadership feels control produces better results than trust - Do NOT expect to receive more than $200 in commissions in your 1st 6-8 months. - Even if you are doing your job, hitting your metrics, and producing, they will fire you arbitrarily with no documentation, process, or procedures to even let you know that your job is on the line. - Management is afraid of feedback and change does not happen, they just replace you with someone gullible enough to do everything they want when they want you to do it. - Ethical concerns on how the company operates and treats employees
