Like minded coworkers. Clear guidelines to be able top be successful

Cons

Even though the guidelines are clear, it is very surface level. It's a sales floor after all, so management is very cliquey, crazy amounts of favoritism in the offfice. Almost feels like a franternity.

New to contracts, beware.

Quick hire process. Lucked out with great placement.

Cons

Not sure where to start. Lack of communication with recruiters and other staff. A lot of passing the buck and miscommunication between themselves. Issues still unresolved. Does not comply with the agreed contract. Benefits are expensive with mediocre coverage.
