Pros

This is a good company to work for. They were very fair in pay for my position and I enjoyed my position.

Cons

No year round pay. Kids not 🚫 n school= no pay for that day. Paid according to the school year. No holiday or summer pay. Do not have the greatest availability for opportunities in certain areas.

Fun coworkers, close knit work environment, opportunity to make a lot of money if you know how to play "the game".

Cons

You need to know how to play "the game" or pick up on it quickly. Strategy and networking will take you farther here than anything else.
