Pros

Livable base salary, you meet some kind people, young office (potential con), potential to make a lot of money but you must play dirty to do so.

Cons

This place is an absolute JOKE with a revolving door! It's a pyramid scheme and you'll get stepped on terribly if you don't brown-nose or f* your way to the top. ALL of management within the office is related somehow, whether through blood or intimacy. Management chooses favorites and feeds warm leads to them while forcing others to struggle terribly. Management is all also very young and nobody truly knows how to LEAD by example. Rules only apply to who they want them to apply to. If you find your own groove and aren't doing exactly as they want you to, they will get rid of you with NO hesitation. No sick time, so if you get sick or have an emergency, use your PTO. So sorry if you want to take a vacation, that's just too bad... shouldn't have gotten sick. No work-life balance and the CEO (a raging racist) has no shame about it. Additionally, many people around the office have noticed a trend of POC being fired at an alarmingly higher rate than anybody else. They make you bust your butt to make the company money and when you leave or are fired, your manager inherits your candidates and commission that they did not work for!! Speaking of commission, it is so disrespectfully low. 2% is absolutely crazy. This is a huge fraternity/sorority house and they don't even care to hide it. They tell us to be "better up front" but are liars, deceitful, manipulative, and snakey. They encourage us to be sneaky and steal our neighbor's and friend's candidates, all while telling you to build your army. Favoritism is at an all time high with zero repercussions. Metrics are unreasonable and they've recently made it harder to reach/meet them. For myself and my training class, they never set many of us up for success. They give you terrible mentors and coaches who don't even know what they're doing. These people are heartless and selfish. "Making lives better for those who make lives better"... yeah right. They lowball candidates who know their worth to get more money from themselves. They prey on how bad the current job market is (for employees and contractors). We literally HARRASS people all day everyday and are supposed to be begging them to work for us. Don't even get me started on the predatory negotiation tactics they use. The mind games management plays on employees and encourage us to play with contractors are unbelievable. I could go on for days, I swear but I'll leave it at this. Unless you are in desperate need of a job for now, take the time to find something better. This job has been nothing short of traumatizing, mentally exhausting, and stressful.
