Not the worst job, but high turnover issues persist

Not as terrible as a lot of these reviews. It's not good by any means. If you are looking to start your career, work here for a year and get out.

Cons

High turnover, if I had to take a guess maybe 75 left from my 90 hiring class. Direct management can be good but higher has no idea what they're doing. They are promoted based on popularity which worked well for me, but hurts most. They do not hire managers externally and everyone has the same path.

- none - dont work here - if you want a toxic work place this is for you!

Cons

- lacks support - plays favorites - no communication on what you need to work on - you can get a call any day of the week and they will fire you
