Pros

I personally do not feel that there are any pros to working for this company and I would never work there again. It's just not worth my time at all.

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE! The people there are absolutely rude. Their costumer service is horrible and they don't know how to correctly talk to people. I understand that most of everybody who they talk to is going to try and give them some sob story about why they can't pay their bill but you still have to treat people how you want to be treated and give them their respect.

Pros

Small company only thirty five employees work here . They have a high turnover rate. They will fire you for no reason no writups.they steal your bonuses. They want to enforce dress code rules but the mnagers and ceo of the company saggs and wears flip flops. They hide alot of things at this company. Be aware. They make everything sound greatwhen they hire you. They will tell you about bonuses. You will never see your hiring bonuses. Its very rare that people get those.

Cons

The owner of the company is rude and un proffessional and also the managers. BE WARE !!!

I am sorry to hear your employment experience was a negative one. I would like an opportunity to address your concerns. To touch on a few issues you mentioned we are in fact a small business with around 50 employees. If you feel you were lead to believe otherwise prior to being hired I ask that you please provide further information on the incident. The hiring bonus you mentioned is a 60 day probationary bonus which does require you meet your goal and have perfect attendance within your first 60 days in order for it to be paid. Please email me at msamples@procollect.com so I may further address your concerns. Thank you, Marshall Samples

It concerns me that your experience working for our company was a negative one. Currently we offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. At the time of your review only medical insurance would have been offered. I would appreciate the opportunity to address any issues that may have made working for ProCollect unfavorable. Please email further information to msamples@procollect.com. Thank you, Marshall Samples
