      Please do not apply for procollect. It is not worth it because the place and the people work there are ghetto.

      I can not think of any positive thing to said about procollect. People it not worth working there and Management sucks. It all negative

      Same things people said bad management, no benefit, no direct deposit. .it all negative

      I am disappointed to hear your experience working for our company was not a positive one. At the time of your review medical insurance was offered. Currently we offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. 401k unfortunately is not something we currently offer.       fun staff, diverse group, company bonding events, lunch frequently provided for good work, individual recognition, opportunity to learn many different office skills

      Cons

      owners value clients more than employees, few raises/promotions, contradicting instructions/rules between management, lacking communication

      Motivation is the key

      Pros

      Staying busy all day helps the work day go by so much faster. I never have a boring moment and every day is different. I enjoy working with such a large group of people. The money is good if you remain determined and motivated. The bonus money is easy to get every month and you get to determine how much your bonus check will be.

      Cons

      No direct deposit or benefits. We have no 401K.
