      Meet and work with a lot of different people. Working with TWC give you a great perspective of the DFW workforce

      Cons

      Owner enforces unreasonable and sometimes unethical hiring and firing standards based on whatever mood he’s in. He constantly talks about politics all the time making things very uncomfortable.

      Dress code is strange. Training is 1 week before you’re on the production floor with little knowledge of the system and process to feel comfortable. The trainer speaks fast and for some reason expects you to know EVERYTHING within a week and it’s A LOT.
