Pros

It's a job. You work you get paid. The schedule is a true 8 hr shift lunch included. Some of the staff makes coming there worth it

Cons

3 day training then into the fire. Close quarters you cant here yourself think, let alone remember the scripting. No customer service at all even after paying. Owner/vp has the ability to move loans and gives those that pay to the ones he like. Have to handle almost 200 calls daily while skip tracing taking everyone's calls and dialer calls and trying to call out too. Managers come and go as they please and aren't in the office for more than 4 to 5 hrs on any given day. No one open for questions after training because everyone even the voice takes calls

Pros

Uncapped Bonus structure, schedule ranges between 8-8 40 hours no overtime, fast paced, never a boring day, Contest.

Cons

This job is not for someone that is weak minded, or someone that is not able to meet stats. You have to be focused and determined. You have a monthly goal that you must reach every month, work 185 accounts daily. It’s collections it’s stressful because people don’t want to pay bills so you have to be firm. I have reached bonus every month, collector of the month twice, they have weekly and monthly contest. Some employees that leave are afraid of giving a demand to someone that doesn’t want to pay. I love it! I come to work do what’s required and I go home. I get my salary on the 3rd and the 18th of each month. My bonus on the 15th of each month. It’s like income tax season for me on the 15th. See for yourself.
