like people we have worked with meaning co-workers, some management is good most not so much

Cons

not good communication between management and employees. organization is more concerned with making money than treating employees with respect, this was not the case until the current president of the organization came on board, prohealth used to care about both the employees and patients now its not really either

The organization has recently aligned with other health systems which may improve patient care or at least provide more options for current employees and latients

Cons

There was a recent mass exodus out of the pharmacy department. Management has very little experience and furthermore manages an inpatient pharmacy that is lacking actual humans.
