      Some really great nurses there!

      ProHealth Care is not the same anymore. Focus is not on what's best for the patient.

      Lack of trust, effective communication, & human element. Used to be more community-minded org.

      Pros

      Co-workers, seeing how happy you can make patients. Being able to work 72 hours a pay period as full time..although I'm sure that will get taken away soon.

      Cons

      Shift differentials being reduced, layoffs being done to reduce "cost", schedule changes to appease a certain financial consulting firm.
