      Progressive. Aggressively trying to maintain community feel, high quality care and patient satisfaction during healthcare reform. Hardworking employees. Just culture environment.

      Continuous restructuring, trying to implement LEAN but eliminating positions faster than redesigning work. Poor morale, high level of overall uncertainty, turnover increasing

      They care about how they look from the outside but inside their doors is a contradiction:(

      Pros

      I was paid. I liked my peers and most of the doctors. I loved my patients and the cafeteria food was good.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic hold ups are very frustrating, unanswered emails, lack of communication, inappropriate hiring practices-relatives, unqualified friends, no oppurtunities for staff involvement, no transparency which frustrates employees, common mindset is, "Why bother saying anything. What good will it do?" Very toxic work environment.
