      Pros

      Great colleagues and support staff.

      Cons

      Chaotic administration. Clinical staff treated as easily replaceable, including physicians and physician groups . Executive team does not communicate well and does not take into consideration advice from clinicians on how to best provide clinical care. Emphasis is on the process and not the patient.

      ProHealth has many good people working there. The CEO, however, is anything but a leader.

      Pros

      People care about the patients they care for. They work hard and want to do a good job. The physicians are very good and do quality work!

      Cons

      The executive team is divided and afraid to lead due to CEOs behavior, which is self serving and passive aggressive. Rather than speak up, they talk behind her back. Because of this, there is very little trust and no clear direction and there is much wasted effort.

      Pros

      I worked with a great team. The pay is good and so was the benefits but the overall environment was the worst I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      Management is awful because nobody knows who they are. I knew who my boss was and she was MIA for a month and then they restructured the department. There is a lot of gossip as if you are in high school. No one wants to help each other to make the department successful they only want to help themselves. Lesson learned the hard way but with the management style, unorganized structure, and several restructures I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
