      Actually hours worked vs needed work hours. Need diversity training for longtime employees. Favoritism Insufficient training Lack of training experience.

      benefits, certain people are good to work with

      Cons

      management overturned so much until they landed on someone so horrible. management did not care about you, your family, or your health. In fact, this place made your health even worse. Negative thing if you are sick or if your children are sick. once they find someone to pick on, they make your life miserable until you quit or are fired. they do not want to see you grow.

      Quality of care and attention provided for patients, commitment to philanthropy and charitable organizations to support the local community. Good benefits and 401K program.

      Cons

      Lack of employee morale, very little communication between staff and management. Very weak employee career development program. An overall stagnant and stale corporate culture and work environment.
