Pros

PTO is based on years of service, and it starts accruing the day you start. The longer you stay, the faster you earn. Good 401K plan, with company match, after several years of service.

Cons

We don't have enough staff to allow for coverage of said PTO usage.

Pros

-Patients and family are wonderful to work with, and I am in a very fulfilling position. -Wonderful staff and inter-department collaboration.

Cons

-The people at the top don't seem to give a hoot about their employees. -Cut costs in ways that harm employees and patients while spending money on ridiculous things (like new, extremely expensive sound systems). -Extremely high turnover rate of part-time employees.

Great group of people to work with. Organized internal processes, well managed change control process. vision for the future, working on getting projects and tasks managed throughout the organization.

Cons

short staffed, too many project and task that are top priority. have a tendency to try to simplify work tasks that are large and complex. managers need to focus on value of employees more.
