Pros

Good benefits-many associates complained but I had never been offered better in a career Start earning PTO as soon as you start working Just Culture-a program that promotes safety and employee security Strong emphasis on volunteer work, company is a great force in the community trying to help people and that is amazing.

Cons

The problem is-this all depends on your location, role and manager. I would have given 5 stars for my position but I was able to see how things were for other teams and if I was on one of those teams my rating may have been much lower.

Hours, pay and benefits ok. On call is limited. Co workers are ok but keeps moving to other hospitals with better managers

Cons

Management is awful because nobody knows who they are. We hear about management making changes but never see anyone. I could not tell anyone who my boss's boss is because I have never seen her.

Pros

Benefit package is excellent, it is a small company so has a family type feel, not a big health care organization feel.

Cons

They have gone through three mass employee layoffs and have been in a constant state of eliminating staff for about four years. This makes for horrible staff satisfaction and make people always be looking for jobs.
