Pros

Great employees Good relationship between staff and doctors Caring for patients is second to none. Modern facilities and equipment Excellent wages We seem to be doing well financially when others are not.

Cons

Some of the long term employees refuse to acknowledge that the healthcare industry is going thru change and will not give up the past. We need better and more thorogh communication on what is happening with the organization.

Pros

Pay scale near top of the market and management does a good job keeping the equipment up to date. Good coworkers.

Cons

Management keeps trying to do more, and more, with less staff. For a couple years it was almost impossible to get approved for time off due to lack of staff or coverage. It's still difficult but improving.

Healthcare Insurance is not affordable in my opinion for PPO options for a single person, opportunities to pick up shifts are available, Orientation for new providers needs huge improvement as they seem lost most of the time

Cons

Understaffed like most places, the culture is okay but could improve, pay could be better,
