      Decent place to work, lowest pay out of all systems.

      Mileage reimbursement is decent, territory is do able.

      Cons

      Very management heavy. Want to balance a budget, cut half the managers and care coordinators and that would do it. Zero autonomy, very micro managed. PTO is almost impossible to get. Superviosr finds every excuse to deny.

      Let many of there long term employees go without notice claiming its a partnership when its clearly outsourcing the jobs under new employment. Blind sided over 800 loyal long term employees in the name of cost reduction.
