      Management Seems to Hate Their Employees

      The pay is slightly higher than competitors.

      Cons

      Management recently took away all breaks, has doubled workload for most shifts, is refusing to listen to employee ideas, and has been threatening "mandatory overtime."

We recognize that this is a very busy time in healthcare; specifically in the Pharmacy. It has been uplifting to see the staff collaborate and work together to ensure our patients are receiving the care they deserve.       Not supportive. Unprofessional behind the scenes. Very political. No flexibility. Good luck getting time off.

      Thank you for your input. Our culture is very important to us. So much so, we recently launched our behavior expectations that has helped guide our workforce. We are glad you enjoy your coworkers and have found a few nice people. However, your characterization of what I assume is management does not align with our pillars of respect, relationships, communication, collaboration, and excellence. Our team in radiology is highly valued as a contributor to quality care and patient satisfaction.
