      Pros

      Deeply rooted in the community with a great patient population. ProHealth Care has the potential to be the best healthcare provider in the state.

      Cons

      Poor staffing ratios, pay that is not competitive, high employee turnover including management turnover (lots of big changes and everyone jumped ship), organization is not loyal to employees.

      Pros

      Not much to say here, other than enjoyed the people i worked with, and they have a Great ER staff that sums it all up the only department to do a person any good.

      Cons

      Horrible Management, don't care about the employee or the patient anymore its all about the money. Daily changes in your departments. Managers manage with fear. Team leads and supervisors have favorites to tattle on others, you don't know from day to day if you will have a job here, so don't plan on staying long these days.
