      Pros

      Good insurance coverage. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Had multiple people, including my boss, make discriminatory comments to me. I complained to human resources, but they didn't care. They told me my boss was a "nice person" and said it was a "personality conflict." Human resources needs to do their job and get rid of the problem people AND provide some effective training on what constitutes discriminatory behavior. I finally had to quit and get a new job.

      PTO accrual, 401k plans, insurance. Co-workers.

      Cons

      Blatant favoritism, management secrecy, more worried about "the bottom line" than the patients. Constant worry of when you will be the next casualty of "reorganization" while upper management continues to collect bonuses.
