      Have been working here for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Good benefits and great people to work with.

      The hospital I am at goes through many changes which can sometimes be hard to keep up with.

      Have a great respect for and enjoy working with my co-workers. Close to home.

      Cons

      Management is poor. Does not care about retention of proven, loyal employees. Continues to demand more and more for less. Raises are below market standards.
