People are great to work with. Benefits are solid as compared to other companies. Work is appreciated. Open door policy, at least a few levels up.

Cons

Holidays come out of PTO bucket. Not a major issue, but obviously not as nice as company paid holidays. Raises can seem relatively small, but very competitive starting salaries ease that.

HORRIBLE Management, Disrespect, Value only money, not employees Since the new CEO came into power there is a lot of disrespect and uncertainty, everyone is worried about their jobs, always wondering when the next round of job cuts is coming.
