Pros

Flexible, Vacation, Location, benefits ,Hours

Cons

In the Lab, there is a difficult co worker. Company never got rid of a co- worker who makes constant error. Does not carry her weight and make it extremely difficult to work with. She has ran off 4 phlebotomist because she is so hard to work with. The stress of the lab, the co- worker was too much and leading to burnout.

Thank you for taking the time to share your input. We make every effort to make sure the right people are placed in the right roles to promote a happy and healthy environment, and are sorry that wasn't your experience. Speaking from my own encounter in the past as a patient, I can tell you that I highly value and respect what our phlebotomists do. If you would like to share further insights you feel would be helpful in improving the employee experience, we invite you to send a note to our HR team at hr@phci.org to further the conversation. Our door is open, and we wish you the very best.

Pros

The doctors & most staff are competent and great to work with.

Cons

“Management” lack all soft skill like empathy, compassion, and communication skills. They may be good in their respective fields, but it’s it utterly apparent they do not know how to run healthcare clinics and hospitals nor how to relate to their employees. Terrible pay. Red tape everywhere. “Out of my control” is always they managers response. Rarely allowed to use PTO when you would like to due to “understaff”. For an organizations whose sole purpose is to take care of their community, they do an atrocious job taking care of their own people.
